HR manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, supporting employees across the full lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a people-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Handle employee relations, queries, and disciplinary procedures

Support performance management and employee appraisal processes

Ensure full compliance with labour laws and internal company policies

Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures

Organize and support training and professional development initiatives

Promote employee engagement and retention strategies

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in an HR role (HR Generalist or HR Manager level preferred)

Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
