We are looking for a commercially strong Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of industrial clients within the cement / mining / heavy industry sectors. This is a hands-on role combining technical understanding, relationship management, and long-cycle B2B sales.
You will be the main point of contact for key customers, responsible for maintaining existing business, developing new opportunities, and coordinating closely with technical and production teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
This role suits someone who is comfortable operating independently, dealing with senior stakeholders, and selling into complex industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of key industrial accounts in the assigned region

Build long-term relationships with plant managers, procurement, and technical decision-makers

Identify new business opportunities within existing customers and new prospects

Drive the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, technical alignment, commercial negotiation, and closing

Coordinate with technical, production, and support teams to ensure optimal solutions and customer satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Prepare forecasts, reports, and sales plans aligned with regional strategy

Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements

Proven B2B sales or account management experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments

Background in cement, mining, minerals processing, or capital equipment is highly preferred

Strong technical understanding (engineering education is an advantage, not a must if experience compensates)

Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

High level of autonomy, discipline, and ownership

Willingness to travel frequently within the region

Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic or Turkish is a strong advantage
