🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and compliant accounting services
Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and reports
Oversee invoicing, payments, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operations
Review audit files, tax returns, and VAT submissions
Act as the main point of contact for clients, auditors, and authorities
Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency
Support business development and client onboarding
Train and mentor team members, sharing best practices
Provide guidance on tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
👤 Who We’re Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
ACA or ACCA qualified
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Fluent in Greek & English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
💼 What We Offer
Net salary: €1,000 – €1,800 p.m.
13th salary + performance-based bonus
Stable working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
