The Role
As a Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and corporate duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations:
Perform general secretarial duties, including drafting, scanning, copying, typing correspondence, handling calls, and managing mail/email communication
Maintain and organize corporate records, including e-filing and hard copy documentation such as certificates, agreements, and resolutions
Oversee the administration of corporate files and ensure all records are accurately maintained and up to date
Handle certification and apostille procedures for corporate documents
Communicate with bank managers to facilitate the opening of business bank accounts for clients
Assist clients in completing documentation required for bank account setup
Draft corporate and legal documents, including resolutions, minutes, share certificates, and powers of attorney
Liaise with corporate clients and maintain strong, professional relationships
Support ad-hoc projects and provide administrative assistance where needed
Coordinate effectively with internal departments, management, and external stakeholders
Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency:
Proven experience as a Company Secretary or Corporate Administrator
Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken) – essential
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
Fluency in an additional language (Russian, Spanish, or German) will be considered an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Salary of 14,000 – 25,500 Euro gross annually + 13th salary
