Our client, an international coach and entrepreneur managing multiple companies across Cyprus and France, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Operations professional to support day-to-day business activities across several entities.
This is a remote, part-time position offering long-term collaboration and the opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic, international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and appointments
- Handle email communication with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Maintain and update client records and internal systems
Financial & Accounting Coordination
- Prepare and track client invoices
- Coordinate supplier payments and documentation
- Liaise with external accountants and support monthly reporting
Operational & Project Coordination
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action points
- Coordinate logistics for projects, events, and international activities
- Support process optimization and operational improvements
Legal & Administrative Support
- Assist with preparation and review of contracts
- Support administrative processes across multiple entities
- Coordinate with banks, service providers, and external partners
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and reliability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
