Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the audit process, ensuring high standards are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Perform audits when required, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to IFRS standards.
- Assign work to team members, organize detailed work plans, and ensure efficiency across the team.
- Prepare control sheets and oversee workflow to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
- Assist bookkeeping staff with queries, providing clear guidance and support when needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth.
- Prepare financial statements using Caseware software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required, adding value with your expertise and insights.
Requirements
- Fully ACA or ACCA qualified.
- 5-6 years of audit experience, including working with small to medium-sized enterprises and offshore companies.
- Proven experience managing a team and driving operational success.
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Caseware software.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to assign tasks effectively and manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
