Are you a Qualified Auditor with 5-6 years of solid experience in the audit field? We are looking for a team player with excellent managerial skills and a strong track record of working with small to medium-sized companies and offshore entities. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the audit process, ensuring high standards are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Perform audits when required, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to IFRS standards.
  • Assign work to team members, organize detailed work plans, and ensure efficiency across the team.
  • Prepare control sheets and oversee workflow to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Assist bookkeeping staff with queries, providing clear guidance and support when needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth.
  • Prepare financial statements using Caseware software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required, adding value with your expertise and insights.

Requirements

  • Fully ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • 5-6 years of audit experience, including working with small to medium-sized enterprises and offshore companies.
  • Proven experience managing a team and driving operational success.
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards and regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Caseware software.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to assign tasks effectively and manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
