We are now seeking a Logistics Operator to strengthen the performance of Distribution Center in Limassol.
Role Summary
The Logistics Operator ensures accurate, safe, and efficient handling of loading, unloading, and order preparation.
This role is 90% operational and supports the overall warehouse workflow through reliable daily execution, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations (Core Focus)
- Execute loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Prepare and complete orders accurately and according to daily schedules.
- Move and store materials safely within the warehouse.
- Perform basic checks on equipment before use.
Inventory & Documentation
- Use basic warehouse inventory systems and barcoding tools.
- Assist with simple documentation tasks related to orders, deliveries, and stock movements.
Safety & Compliance
- Comply with all safety rules, PPE requirements, and operational protocols.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and immediately report malfunctions or safety issues.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with warehouse colleagues, drivers, customer service, and occasionally suppliers or delivery partners.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Working Conditions
- Primary workplace: Distribution Center, Limassol.
- Standard daytime working hours with occasional need for flexibility depending on workload.
- The job is physically demanding and requires daily movement, lifting, and machinery operation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Ideally 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or production environments.
Education
- Secondary education minimum.
- Valid B-category driving license required.
Technical Skills
- Forklift experience preferred (training will be provided if needed).
- Familiarity with warehouse processes and equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and operational procedures.
Language Skills
- Greek preferred for daily communication.
- Basic English helpful for instructions and safety materials.
Soft Skills
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Strong teamwork attitude.
- Good communication and willingness to support colleagues.

Training & Development
