We are now seeking a Production Worker to join our high-performance production team.
Role Summary
The Production Worker ensures the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of production line machinery, supporting consistent product quality and meeting daily output targets. This is a hands-on, shift-based role ideal for individuals who are practical, reliable, and eager to learn technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Operate production line machinery for gypsum-based materials, cutting, packaging, and palletizing.
- Handle materials and products using a forklift (training provided if needed).
- Monitor equipment parameters and follow established production standards.
- Perform basic machine checks and report any malfunctions immediately.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct continuous visual checks on product quality.
- Follow machine calibration and quality guidelines strictly.
- Report deviations or defects to the supervisor without delay.
Health & Safety
- Fully comply with client’s safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area, following all safety instructions.
Teamwork & Coordination
- Work collaboratively with an 8–10 person shift team.
- Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Support shift changes and ensure smooth handover notes.
Logging & Reporting
- Use production control panels, barcode scanners, and reporting sheets or digital tracking tools.
- Complete shift logs accurately and on time.
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night) based on production demand
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Requirements
- Basic mechanical understanding
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures
Experience
- Previous manufacturing or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Graduates of technical high schools or IEK programs are encouraged to apply
Soft Skills
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Languages
- Fluent Greek is mandatory (for safety and communication)
