Senior Civil Engineer

Our client, one of Cyprus’ most established real estate and construction companies, based in Paphos, is expanding its team and looking for a Civil Engineer to join him in shaping the island’s future skyline. With over 60 years of history, the company delivers high-quality residential and mixed-use projects, and we’re seeking professionals who share our passion for precision, safety, and excellence.

Your Role

As a Civil Engineer, you will:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Conduct daily site inspections, monitor progress, and coordinate subcontractors.

  • Prepare weekly progress reports and lead site/project meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with Cyprus building codes, Eurocodes, and health & safety standards.

  • Liaise with local authorities, inspectors, and regulatory bodies for permits and approvals.

  • Contribute to budgeting and cost control by tracking project costs and resources.

  • Prepare technical documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and compliance reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ETEK registration in Cyprus is a strong advantage).

  • 5+ years of experience in building construction, ideally with Cyprus or EU projects.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project (or similar).

  • Strong knowledge in structural design, site supervision, and materials.

  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
