Our client, one of Cyprus’ most established real estate and construction companies, based in Paphos, is expanding its team and looking for a Civil Engineer to join him in shaping the island’s future skyline. With over 60 years of history, the company delivers high-quality residential and mixed-use projects, and we’re seeking professionals who share our passion for precision, safety, and excellence.
Your Role
As a Civil Engineer, you will:

Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Conduct daily site inspections, monitor progress, and coordinate subcontractors.

Prepare weekly progress reports and lead site/project meetings.

Ensure compliance with Cyprus building codes, Eurocodes, and health & safety standards.

Liaise with local authorities, inspectors, and regulatory bodies for permits and approvals.

Contribute to budgeting and cost control by tracking project costs and resources.

Prepare technical documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ETEK registration in Cyprus is a strong advantage).

5+ years of experience in building construction, ideally with Cyprus or EU projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project (or similar).

Strong knowledge in structural design, site supervision, and materials.

Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
