We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support the development and management of industrial clients within the cement, mining, and heavy industry sectors.
This role combines technical understanding with commercial activity and is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who wants to grow within complex B2B industrial sales.
You will work closely with senior sales colleagues, technical teams, and customers to support account development, identify opportunities, and contribute to long-cycle industrial sales projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of industrial accounts in the assigned region
- Build relationships with plant engineers, maintenance teams, procurement, and operational stakeholders
- Identify sales opportunities within existing customers and new prospects
- Assist in managing the sales cycle: technical discussions, proposal preparation, pricing alignment, and follow-up
- Coordinate internally with technical and production teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery
- Conduct site visits and support technical presentations
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and forecasting data
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or engineering roles within industrial environments
- Experience in cement, mining, heavy manufacturing, or capital equipment is strongly preferred
- Engineering background is an advantage (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related fields)
- Basic understanding of long-cycle industrial sales processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, proactive, and eager to learn
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Arabic is a major advantage
