We’re hiring a driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join a leading property development company in Paphos. This is a front-line sales role focused on managing international and local clients, converting company-provided leads, and closing high-value property transactions. You’ll represent a strong development portfolio and work closely with sales management to hit clear, ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Sales

Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Understand client needs and present suitable property solutions.

Conduct property viewings and deliver structured project presentations.

Follow up with clients and external agents from first contact to contract signing.

Manage and update your sales pipeline accurately in the CRM.

Actively generate leads through personal networks and referrals.

Work company-provided leads with speed, consistency, and discipline.
Sales Support & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, finance, sales management).

Support clients with documentation, payment schedules, and transaction steps.

Work with external agents and partners involved in the sales process.
Market & Product Knowledge

Maintain strong knowledge of all company projects, pricing, and USPs.

Monitor local real estate trends and competitor activity.

Professionally represent the company brand in the Paphos property market.
Requirements

Experience in real estate or property development sales preferred
(strong sales backgrounds also considered). -
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Strong client-service mindset and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Professional fluency in English and Russian (Greek or additional languages an advantage).

Valid driving licence.

Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working with targets.

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00

Friday: 09:00–15:00

One Saturday per month (rotation): 10:00–14:00 (or as directed by Sales Manager)
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €1,200–€1,500 gross (based on experience) + 13th salary

Sales Bonuses:

0.5% – Supported sale (client pays ≥30% of purchase price)

1% – Direct sale from company leads (client pays ≥30%)

2% – Sale from agent’s own contact (client pays ≥30%)
(Bonuses split if multiple employees are involved.)
