5* hotel, an iconic luxury resort and proud member of The Leading Hotels of the World, is seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
This is a key leadership position, responsible for the overall management of all Food & Beverage operations, including Bars, Restaurants, In-Room Dining and Events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect hotel’s philosophy of refined hospitality, quality, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations, with full responsibility for Bars, Restaurants, In-Room Dining and Events
- Ensure consistently outstanding guest service and service excellence across all outlets
- Lead and manage Front of House F&B teams (excluding Kitchen and Culinary operations)
- Forecast, plan and control beverage and supply ordering in collaboration with relevant departments
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including cost control, pricing strategies and revenue generation
- Prepare and manage the annual F&B business plan for Bars and Restaurants
- Plan staffing levels, work schedules and operational requirements for all outlets and ensure that are in line with budget.
- Implement, monitor and maintain service standards and agreed training plans
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, security, legal and company policies
- Coordinate and oversee functions, events, promotions and special F&B initiatives
- Work closely with Kitchen, Stores and Cost Control teams while maintaining clear role responsibilities
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar F&B leadership role within a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment
- BSc Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
- Strong computer literacy with extensive Food & Beverage knowledge
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Team-oriented, inspiring and motivational leadership style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
