This roles offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, Client Management, and Operations while working directly with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews
  • Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Manage recruitment projects and candidate pipelines
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience

Business Operations

  • Maintain and update CRM and recruitment databases
  • Support business development activities and client acquisition campaigns
  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach and networking initiatives
  • Prepare recruitment reports and project updates
  • Support daily operations and process improvements
  • Help ensure excellent service delivery to clients

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
  • Previous experience in Recruitment, HR, Administration, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Development is considered an advantage
