This roles offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, Client Management, and Operations while working directly with company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate screening interviews
- Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Manage recruitment projects and candidate pipelines
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Business Operations
- Maintain and update CRM and recruitment databases
- Support business development activities and client acquisition campaigns
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and networking initiatives
- Prepare recruitment reports and project updates
- Support daily operations and process improvements
- Help ensure excellent service delivery to clients
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Previous experience in Recruitment, HR, Administration, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Development is considered an advantage
