Our client, an international professional services firm in Nicosia, is looking for a detail-oriented and
client-focused Payroll Officer to join its growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will manage payroll
processes for a portfolio of clients while ensuring full compliance with Cyprus legislation. You’ll act as a trusted
advisor, supporting employees and clients with payroll, tax, and social insurance queries.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and process monthly payroll for multiple clients, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with
deadlines.
● Handle calculations related to salaries, deductions, tax, and social insurance contributions.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cyprus labor law, social insurance, and taxation requirements,
applying them correctly.
● Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to authorities and clients.
● Respond to client and employee queries regarding salaries, benefits, and deductions in a professional
and timely manner.
● Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure data protection standards are met.
● Support internal managers with payroll insights and reporting.
● Contribute to process improvements and maintain high service standards.
Candidate Profile
● Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll within a professional services firm or corporate
environment.
● Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations.
● Familiarity with payroll software and systems; strong MS Excel skills.

Compansation
● Salary: €20,000 – €25,000 p.a. (flexibility of +10% for outstanding candidates).
