We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee site
operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the
highest safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a proactive,
detail-oriented professional with strong site management experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise and coordinate daily site works, allocate tasks to workers, and enforce
health & safety regulations.
● Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets,
and specifications.
● Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure smooth operations.
● Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics.
● Prepare and maintain site logs, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
● Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions.
Candidate Profile
● Education: Technical diploma in construction or equivalent proven experience
● Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction as Foreman
Skills & Knowledge
○ Strong knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and site procedures.
○ Familiarity with health & safety standards.
○ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
○ Leadership ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
● Languages: Greek fluency required; English an advantage.
